Nish Trade is designed to collect the minimum information needed to operate the TPEP identity, organization, relationship, and entitlement services.

Information used by the service

The founding application records account and contact information, organization memberships and roles, EDO verification information, program participation, relationship decisions, software access requests, security events, and the technical information required to operate and protect the service. Public pages can be read without creating an account.

Purpose and separation

Identity information is used to authenticate a person and connect that person to approved organizations. Memberships, relationship mandates, and product entitlements are separate records because they answer different questions. Connected products do not receive unrestricted access to the TPEP database, and an EDO mandate does not disclose private records held inside another product.

Control and correction

A business owner can accept, reject, and revoke EDO relationships. Users may request correction of their identity or organization information through contact@nish-trade.ca. Retention periods and a full privacy notice must be approved before the pilot moves beyond controlled founding participants.

No sale of personal information

Nish Trade does not sell personal information or use protected program records for advertising. Operational logs are kept separate from public traffic reporting wherever practical.
