Founding-service terms

These interim terms explain the boundaries of the first TPEP release. A permanent program agreement, privacy instrument, subscription terms, and governance approvals are required before general commercial launch.

Program information is not a determination

Public resources and workspace prompts support planning and preparation. They are not legal, tax, accounting, customs, financing, or regulatory determinations. Participants remain responsible for obtaining qualified advice and confirming authoritative requirements for their circumstances.

Accounts and authority

Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, and act only for organizations they are authorized to represent. EDO authority is subject to verification. Nish Trade may suspend an account or entitlement where security, misrepresentation, misuse, or program integrity requires it.

Software pilots

Catalogue availability, program prices, feature scope, and connected-product integrations may change during the controlled pilot. No paid subscription begins merely because a product request is submitted or approved; the applicable subscription terms and billing authorization must also be completed.
